Certificate Ceremony Marks the Conclusion of Leadership Training

After an intensive two weeks of leadership training focused on Conflict Management and Inclusive Leadership, participants were honoured in a certificate ceremony recognizing their commitment and engagement. The awards were presented by the CEO and the Vice Chairman of the Next Step Initiative, celebrating the hard work and dedication of all attendees.

The event agenda also included special recognition for trainees from the David Livingstone Museum and Archaeology Scotland. As a token of appreciation for their participation, they were presented with gift vouchers, acknowledging their valuable contributions and enthusiasm throughout the training.

The ceremony served not only as a formal conclusion to the training but also as an inspiring reminder of the collective journey taken by everyone involved. The skills and insights gained over the past two weeks are expected to have a lasting impact, empowering participants to apply what they’ve learned to their roles and beyond, driving positive change within their communities.
